Respeccing to try different off-meta specs is one of the most fun parts of classic WoW since you have so much spec flexibility. From what Ive seen ele and enhance drop drastically from tbc to wotlk to only needing 1 shaman which is resto. From 432 to 435 both are green meaning you have the same chance to skill up, yet one costs way way less. There are only positive things from it other than people whining and bitching because #classic #nochanges and other bullshit.
